This is where we manage every aspect of your wedding from
sourcing venues and suppliers to managing the budget and coordinating
the day itself. The client simply paints their picture of
a perfect day and we apply our experience and expertise to
make it happen. We always work closely with our clients, ensuring
they retain ultimate control over everything. However, this
service is ideal for those clients who want the entire wedding
organised for them.

Finding
With so many venues available, it can be a daunting task to
find the ideal place to hold your wedding. Venues are rarely
forthcoming with information such as corkage costs, licensing
restrictions and other "hidden" factors. We can take care
of everything for you, giving you a choice of venues which
will meet all your requirements. We also negotiate hard on
behalf of our clients, meaning you get the best possible deal.

Securing the best suppliers is critical for a successful wedding
– and the best suppliers are rarely the most expensive!
We have dealt with numerous suppliers, ranging from florists
and photographers to chauffeurs. Once we know exactly what
you have in mind for your wedding, we can find the ideal suppliers

RSVP
& Invitation Management
Organising your wedding will include some really fun jobs.
Addressing, sending and monitoring receipt of invitations
is not one of them! However, it is vital you get it right.
We can look after this entire process, sending your invitations,
monitoring receipt, ensuring the dietary requirements are
conveyed to the caterer and keeping you informed at every
stage.
Theming
Some clients are passionate about orchids or butterflies,
or want their wedding full of diamonds. Other clients want
a particular ethnicity or country reflected in their wedding.
We can assist with all types of theming and ensure that everything
from the invitations to the table settings reflect your chosen
theme. We also have plenty of ideas for possible themes which
may suit your wedding.
